CINEMA: Creative Dragon Works, the owner of DBN, has produced a Film on behalf of the IDBF in order to present Dragon Boating to the GAISF for membership application. INSIGHTS: Paul Kamen, a Naval Architect from California / US, gives guidelines how to turn a small canoe into a great dragon boat training device for assessing single paddlers performance and for fresh helms to gather first on water experiences. The Hong Kong Island Paddle Club (HKIPC) holds since seven years its Dragon Boat Race in Deep Water Bay.
