CINEMA: Creative Dragon Works, the owner of DBN, has produced a Film on behalf of the IDBF in order to present Dragon Boating to the GAISF for membership application. The Hong Kong Island Paddle Club (HKIPC) holds since seven years its Dragon Boat Race in Deep Water Bay. Meanwhile the event belongs to the very competitive races in Hong Kong and is for sure one of the best organized ones, if not the best. The man in charge within HKIPC is Des Mabbott.
