Dave Cogswell passed away

In deep sadness I have learned from Mike Haslam about Dave Cogswell having passed away from us peacefully last night in hospital. My thoughts are with Dave’s family and his close friends. Please accept my sincere condolences. For me I will remember him as a great gentleman who supported Dragon Boating for many decades, as a man keeping it all together in the background.
