The Stanley Int. Dragon Boat Races in Hong Kong are the worlds biggest one-day event for dragon boating. The event is held every year on the day of Dragon Boat Festival. In 2007 they celebrated their 40th anniversary with 208 participating teams comprising 4000 paddlers and around 15.000 spectators. Do you know any one-day-event being bigger than that?
