From October 5th to 7th, 2018 the “Uni Surf Team Rügen” will run its fifth Training Camp for Breast Cancer Survivors (BCS) on the famous and beautiful German Island of Rügen in the Baltic Sea.
This years Camp will include for the first time also workshops and seminars on healthy cooking and nutrition as well as on how to deal with cancer in a stress released and relaxed manner.
The Training Camp is open for everyone, from the beginner to the experienced paddler as well as to families and friends.
So, the three main pillars of the Camp are:
Sportive activities
Stress Release and
Healthy Nutrition
For safety reasons the only condition to participate is that you are able to swim 200 m with clothing. If you are under 18 years old, parents must agree in writing to your participation.
The cost for the Training Camp and Workshops are at 30 Euro/person. In addition you need to take care for your accommodation, for which the organizer will be happy to give you appropriate recommendations.
